NVidia Quadro RTX 6000 is the most recommended GPU considering the price factor and performance it delivers and with the possibility of rendering ray trace.
NVidia Quadro GV100 comes with higher memory than RTX6000, hence it has a little better performance over RTX 6000, and GV100 is priced higher than RTX6000.
NVIDIA Quadro P6000 is minimum requirement.
NVIDIA Quadro RTX 8000 is known to work and perform just like RTX6000 except for double memory (which is rarely utilized under average GPU usage) and higher price. They should offer you the same performance, bandwidth and memory performance in virtually all major aspects. So, going for RTX 6000 is a much cost effective choice.
